Remove ability to select 2021R1 data source & audiences; Alert user prior to old plan generation
With the recent addition of the 20240301 (Current) data source alongside the existing 2023 (Previous) data source, the 2021R1 data source and its target audiences have been deprecated and will no longer be supported. When users attempt to re-generate a plan using 2021R1 data, the user will be informed that they can view and export data using the original selections but they will need to update their data source if they would like to re-generate the plan.
