For mobile devices, most of the time we have found that if Lo-cate me does not seem to locate, odds are the privacy settings on your mobile browser are too restrictive.
To troubleshoot
For an iPhone:
1. Go to settings>privacy>location services>scroll down to "Safari Websites" and make sure "Allow Location Services" is set to "While Using the App"
You can follow the same prompts to adjust the Chrome settings as well
For an Android:
Go to settings>Apps>choose the browser app you are using (e.g. Chrome)>scroll down and click "Permissions"> Turn on "Location"
